In this role, she manages the daily affairs of the team with a focus on ensuring it efficiently delivers the company’s services and while providing excellent value to customers. Additionally, she is a senior property manager for a select portfolio of properties.

Jill has more than 15 years of experience in the real estate industry in both China and Australia and was a founding member of Capstone Realty at its inception in 2016.

From 2005 to 2009, Jill worked for Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global commercial real estate services firm, in Shanghai.  In this role she was involved in enterprise leasing strategy consulting and the overall leasing of office building projects.  This included providing direct, one-stop leasing location solutions and services for many Fortune 500 companies, such as General Electric, IBM, Cisco Systems, BASF and ABB.

Because of her excellent performance, in 2010 she was approached to join the Dawning Group in Shanghai and was appointed Head of the Investment Promotion and Leasing Department of the Dawning Centre, a landmark twin office building. She led the team in maintaining the occupancy rate of the building to the maximum rent level over the long term.
