With over three years of experience managing residential properties at Capstone Realty since 2019, Andy is a detail-oriented property manager with a proven ability to manage property operations, handle tenant concerns, and maintain high levels of tenant satisfaction. Currently, he works as an assistant property manager under the guidance of senior property manager Eddie Lai. 

Andy’s daily responsibilities include managing over 180 residential properties across Sydney, mainly in the northwest, southwest, and inner west suburbs, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. He is dedicated to developing and maintaining strong relationships with tenants and landlords, prioritizing timely and efficient handling of tenant concerns and requests. To ensure safety and health regulations are met, Andy conducts regular property inspections.
